Welcome to Cafeteria Vitamin Donde Candela, a delightful café nestled in the charming Calle San Juan, just a stone's throw from the picturesque harbor of San Juan in Guía de Isora, Santa Cruz de Tenerife. This inviting eatery offers a warm atmosphere complemented by the breathtaking views of the harbor, making it an ideal spot for both locals and visitors alike.

The moment you step inside, you're greeted by a friendly and attentive staff, dedicated to providing you with an exceptional dining experience. As you settle in, take in the delightful aromas wafting through the air, hinting at the freshness of the ingredients used in the dishes.

Cafeteria Vitamin Donde Candela is renowned for its tantalizing tapas selection, which includes must-try items such as succulent garlic prawns, crispy calamari, and flavorful Padron peppers. As noted by Edward H in a rave review, the garlic prawns here rank among the best on the island, and it's easy to see why. Each bite bursts with flavor, showcasing the skill of the kitchen and the quality of the ingredients. Another highlight is the breakfast roll, perfect for a hearty start to your day, paired with superb coffee that spills warmth and comfort into your morning routine.

But it’s not just the food that draws rave reviews. The ambiance is intentionally relaxed, where guests can enjoy their meals while soaking in the lovely view of the harbor. West Cork Fisher described it perfectly: "Beautiful setting, superb coffee, and fun, friendly staff make for a delightful experience." Whether you’re seeking a cozy breakfast or a leisurely lunch, this café embodies a friendly spirit that makes you feel right at home.

However, it's worth noting that Biaa mentioned a slight annoyance with pesky mosquitoes during meals, which can be common around the harbor; nonetheless, the overall experience is undeniably worth the visit. With each dish crafted with passion and served with care, Cafeteria Vitamin Donde Candela truly stands out as a hidden gem in the heart of Guía de Isora.

Don’t miss out on this delightful café for your next meal. It's a perfect spot to unwind, savor the incredible flavors, and enjoy the warm hospitality that each customer seems to cherish. Highly recommended for a reason!

Very nice tapas meal here for a good price. The garlic prawns, calamari, sausage and frites and padron peppers where some of the best we have had on the island. Special note for the garlic prawns, top 3 I’ve ver tasted. Lovely view of the harbour from here. The staff are nice and made us feel comfortable.

This is probably my new favorite restaurant in this area. The food is indeed very good, the serving is top, very attentive with you, the prices are very good aswell. The only bad thing is the fact that when the food arrives, there are some mosquitos that are pretty annoying, but what can you do? 5 stars anyway!

Great place to eat in Playa San Juan. Very close to the beach. Food is good, I have eaten here a few times. Everything I had was very good except for the chips, they were very oily and soggy, seemed like they boiled them in the oil and not fried them. Other than that, all is very good.
